Overseas payment announcement for successful candidate, 2023 graduate school, Fall semester

1. 해외송금자의 등록금 등록 방법 How to register the tuition fee via overseas payment

-대학원 신입생 고지서 홈페이지에서 확인되는 가상계좌번호(부산은행)은 '한국은행→한국은행'만 가능합니다.

따라서 해외송금자는 해외송금 Invoice 를 별도로 요청하여 등록금을 따로 납입해야 합니다.

- 해외송금자 납입절차

'합격자 해외송금(국제교류과 부서 은행계좌번호) → 메일로 영수증 전달 및 7/12(수)전 까지 담당자 은행 입금 확인(contact@donga.ac.kr) → 담당자가 합격자의 송금된 금액을 등록금 납부 기간에 우리대학 재무과(등록금 납부처)로 대납처리 → 입금 다음날 홈페이지에서 영수증 확인 가능'

-유학원 소속 합격자의 경우 해당 유학원 담당자에게 해외송금인보이스 별도 요청

-Virtual account number of Busan bank that you can check at the website is only for the transfer from 'Korea Bank to Korea Bank', so if you require the overseas payment, please ask the seperate invoice to contact@donga.ac.kr.

-Process of the overseas payment registration

'Successful candidate remittance to designated bank account(International Affairs bank number) → Sending a receipt of overseas remittance to the person in charge(contact@donga.ac.kr) → Person in charge check the remittance in Korea before 7/12(Wed) → pay on behalf of successful candidate to the department of Finance management Bank account for final registration during the period(2023.7.11.~7.13.).'

-If you're an applicant from agency, please ask to the person in charge of Agency

2. 해외송금 소요 기간 Necessary period for overseas remittance

해외송금의 경우 한국은행에서 입금 확인까지 보통 3~4일이 소요되므로 등록금납부기간(2023.7.11.~13.)을 맞추기 위해 7.12.(수) 까지 한국은행에서의 입금이 확인될 수 있도록 송금바랍니다.

Overseas remittance takes about 3~4 days to check the amount in Korea bank.

Please transfer the money as quick as possible so that person in charge can check the money by July 12 in Korea and pay on behalf of the successful candidate during the payment period(2023.7.11.~7.13.)
