2. High TB-burden Nationality

Nepal, East Timor, Russia, Malaysia, Mongolia, Myanmar, Bangladesh, Vietnam, Sri Lanka, Uzbekistan, India, Indonesia, China, Cambodia, Kyrgyzstan, Thailand, Pakistan, Philippines, Laos

 

3. Classroom location

Korean language classes will be held at the ‘Seokdang Global House’, a dormitory where it was specially built for Dong-A international students. It is compulsory for all freshmen to live in ‘Seokdang Global House’ for the first 6 months and therefore it will be very convenient for students since all classes will be held in the same building where the students reside.

 

4. Part-time jobs

Part-time jobs are only available for students(D-4 visa holders) who meet all of the following requirements under the ‘Immigration Control Act’ of Republic of Korea(Applies from October 2018)

  - No part time work during the first 6 months

  - (After the first 6 months) When the attendance is over 90%

  - (After the first 6 months) Students with TOPIK(Test of Proficiency in Korean) level 2 or higher

For students without TOPIK level 2, only allowed to work within 1/2 of the permitted time limit
