Chinese may not be able to enter the google form link so that if this applicable, send the below information to admission email.

※ 신청 후 취소 불가하며 상황에 따라 생활관비를 청구할 수 있으니 신중히 신청 바랍니다.
Cancellation is not possible after application, and living expenses may be charged depending on the circumstances(mid-term cancellation). Please apply carefully.

0. 신청가능 생활관(Applicable dormitory)
-승학1관 Dorm1 of Seunghak Campus 여성전용 ONLY FEMALE
-승학2관 Dorm2 of Seunghak Campus 남성전용 ONLY MALE
※ 기숙사는 별도의 부엌이 없으며 취사가 불가능합니다. 필요시 가급적이면 입국 후 개인 원룸을 구하는 것을 추천드립니다.
The dormitory does not have a separate kitchen and cooking is not allowed. If necessary, it is recommended to find a private studio after entering the country.
1. 기숙사 입실 (Check-in date) :
2024.2.28.(Wed) ~2.29.(Thur) ONLY/ Operation time (09:00 ~ 17:00)
★ 입실기간 이전에 기숙사 입사 불가 It is impossible to enter the dormitory before the check-in period.
*입사기간 (Operation period): 2024.2.28.(Wed)~6.22.(Sat)
2. 생활관비 (Fee)
-승학1관 Dorm1 of Seunghak Campus: 802,000원(won)
-승학2관 Dorm2 of Seunghak Campus: 914,000원(won)
3. 식비 (Meal) - Breakfast and Dinner included
- A type: 540,000원(won)/120 meals
- B type: 432,000원(won)/ 90 meals
4. 생활관비 납부방법(How to pay): 한국입국 후 3월~4월 중 생활관비 청구 예정/Dormitory expenses will be charged between March ~ April after entering Korea.
※ 기숙사 신청후 입사일정 이후 취소 시, 해당일자 만큼의 기숙사 비를 청구하니 변동사항이 있는경우 신속히 연락 바람
If you applied to dormitory but didn't check-in after the check-in date, your fee will be charged so that if there's changes, please share the status quickly.
★ 5. 중도퇴사자 환불금액 Refund policy for cancellation
-입사일(2024.2.28.) 이후 미입사 및 중도퇴사자는 전액 환불 불가함.
-환불금액: ' 기 납부금액 - [일일생활관비x(입사일수 + 위약금10일분)] Full refund is not possible after the check-in date (February 28, 2024).
Refund amount: 'Total Dormitory fee - [1 day dormitory expenses x (number of days after check-in, February 28 + 10 days of penalty)]
-2024학년도 전기 신입생(학부 및 대학원) 만 신청가능합니다.-
-Only new students (undergraduate and graduate) in the Spring semester,
2024 year can apply.-
