As below is the information of the next procedure for the successful candidate.
1. Application for visa
■ We will issue the documents for the visa application and will send them after checking tuition payment.
■ The certificatge of admission will be issued after July 22nd, 2019(Mon), and documents will be sent out at the end of July by post.
Please let us know your contact number and address where I need to send the documents.(including postal code)
■ When you receive documentation, you have to visit Korean embassy or consulate in your country by yourself to apply for a visa.
■ We will send
“Certificate of Admission”(표준입학허가서)
“Certificate of business registration of the university”(사업자등록증)
“Original copy of the certificate of graduation”(If the applicant submitted it.)
- We do not return original copy of verification of degree.
“Bank Statement”(If the applicant submitted it.)
“Certificate of tuition payment” (If the applicant completed tuition payment.)
■ Korean embassy might require additional documents beside documents which I will send depending on the country, so you need to check what you have to prepare to apply for a visa in Korean embassy in your country.
If there is additional documents we have to prepare, please let us know it before sending visa documents.
■ If your supervisor provides financial guarantees, please let us know separately.
■ Notice on visa changes for domestic residents will be announced in early August.
(C3 visa holder may not change his/her visa in Korea.)
■ Please note that we will not be able to verify tracking number of your documents individually.
After July 29th(Mon), you can check tracking number at the website of office of International Affairs.

3. Student id
■ If you paid for your tuition to virtual account in Korea, you can check your id at the website from August 12th(Mon) at "Click Here"
■ If you paid for your tuition from abroad to university account(Starting from 113-), you can check your id at the website from September 2nd 2019, (Mon).
4. Course registration
■ Registration Period
- 1st(Who already have student id) : 2019. August. 12.(Mon) ~ August 15.(Thu)
- 2nd(Who have not received student id yet): 2019. September. 2nd.(Mon) ~ September. 6th.(Fri)
■ How to apply : After arriving in Korea, you should visit the department office
■ Place : Department Office(Refer to map and contact information in the admission guideline)
■ You must contact to the department office before course registration
5. Dormitory Application
■ Students applying for dormitory will be informed separately in July.
6. Other information
■ We will inform you about entry, foreign registration, etc. in August.

등록금 납부자에 대해서 추후 일정에 대해 안내드립니다.
1. 비자 서류 발급 및 비자 신청
■ 해외 체류자들을 위한 비자 서류는 등록금 납부 확인 후 발송 예정입니다.
■ 비자 서류는 2019. 7. 22.(월)에 일괄 발급할 예정이며 우편 발송은 7월 마지막 주에 진행 예정입니다.
비자 서류를 받을 주소 및 전화번호를 이메일로 보내주시기 바랍니다. (우편번호 포함) : contact@donga.ac.kr
■ 학교에서 보낸 비자 서류를 가지고 본인이 자기 나라에 있는 한국 영사관에 가서 비자를 신청하시면 됩니다.
■ 학교에서 보낼 비자 서류
- 표준입학허가서
- 학교 사업자등록증
- 최종 학력 증명서 원본(제출한 사람만), 인증서류 원본은 돌려주지 않습니다.
- 잔액 증명서 원본(제출한 사람만)
- 등록금 납입 증명서(납입한 사람만)
입니다.
■ 각 나라별로 개인이 추가로 준비해야 하는 비자 서류가 다를 수 있으니
위 서류 외 다른 서류가 필요한지 반드시 영사관에 확인하고 학교에서 필요한 서류가 더 있으면 알려주시기 바랍니다.
■ 지도교수님께서 재정 보증하시는 경우 따로 알려주시기 바랍니다.
■ 국내 체류자들을 위한 비자 변경은 8월 초에 안내 예정입니다. (C3 비자 소지자 국내 변경 불가)
■ 비자 발송 후 우편물 배송번호는 개별적으로 확인해 드리지 않습니다.

2. 입학 및 개강일 : 2019.9.2.(월)
3. 학번
■ 신입생의 학번부여는2019.8.12.(월) 이후 확인
■ 대학원 홈페이지("입학안내" 메뉴-"학번검색")
■ 해외 체류자 및 2차 등록기간 내 등록한 학생들은 9. 2.(월) 이후 대학원 홈페이지에서 확인할 수 있습니다.
4. 수강신청
■ 수강신청 기간:
- 1차: 2019.8.12.(월) ~ 8.15.(목) (국내 체류자)
- 2차: 2019.9.2.(월) ~ 9.6.(금) (해외 체류자 및 2차 등록자)
■수강신청은 학과 사무실 방문 후 학과 사무실 담당자의 지도에 따라 신청
5. 기숙사 신청
■ 입학 지원 시 기숙사 신청한 학생들은 7월 중 별도로 안내하겠습니다.
6. 기타 사항 안내
■ 입국, 외국인 등록 등에 대한 내용은 8월 중 다시 따로 안내하겠습니다.
